We comply with Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15 September 1995, Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023, and Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03 September 2015. For EU consumers, we also follow EU Package Travel Directive (EU) 2015/2302.
2. Pre-contractual information
Before booking, we provide: seller identity and contacts (Law No. 675-VIII, Article 7); main package features (destination, dates, transport, lodging, meals); total price with taxes; payment terms; minimum participants and cancellation rules; passport, visa, health requirements; and your consumer rights.
This information is given in a durable medium (email or PDF) before the contract, per Law No. 3153-IX and EU Directive 2015/2302.
3. Insolvency protection
Under Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR, tour operators must hold a financial guarantee (bank guarantee or insurance) covering refunds and repatriation on insolvency. Our guarantee details are available on request: contact@myrvolaris.com.
4. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

Under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX, Article 13, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution via the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba) or the Ukrainian Consumer Ombudsman. EU consumers may also contact the European Consumer Centre network.
