Terms of Service

These terms govern tours by myrvolaris.com under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03 September 2015.

2. Booking and payment

Booking is confirmed on receipt of full or deposit payment. Prices include applicable taxes. You must be 18+; minors need guardian consent. Payment methods are listed at checkout.

3. Participation and itinerary

You must meet fitness and documentation requirements. Itinerary may change for safety or weather. Material changes are communicated before departure. Tour operator info, including financial guarantee, is provided under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР dated 15 September 1995.

4. Liability

We are liable for proper tour performance. Not liable for force majeure, third-party acts, or personal belongings. Claims: contact@myrvolaris.com. Consumer rights under Law No. 3153-IX are unaffected.

5. Data and cookies

Personal data processed with your consent per the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01 June 2010. Device storage/access requires prior consent under Article 116 of the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Communications' No. 1089-IX dated 16 December 2020.

6. Disputes and law

Out-of-court resolution: State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, per Article 13 of Law No. 3153-IX. These terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Disputes are heard in Ukrainian courts.
