Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms for canceling orders, requesting refunds, making changes, no-shows, and force majeure events. Your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023 are not affected.
2. Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order by contacting us at contact@myrvolaris.com or +380 734 355 8201. Cancellation terms depend on the service type and timing. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund minus any non-refundable fees. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the total price. No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Mandatory taxes and fees are refunded only where required by law. We comply with the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03 September 2015, Article 7 regarding seller information.
4. Changes
You may request changes to your booking subject to availability. Changes may be subject to a change fee and any price difference. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
5. No-Show
If you do not appear for a scheduled service without prior cancellation, you will be charged the full amount and no refund will be issued.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, we may offer a credit or reschedule instead of a refund.
7. Fees and Taxes
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Non-refundable fees may include booking fees, processing fees, and third-party charges. These are clearly displayed at checkout.
8. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
Consumers have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX, Article 13. Contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection for assistance.
